Anyone used this venue or know someone who has? We're having our reception here and having a few issues that aren't terrible but would just love to hear if anyone else has experience with this venue to see if I'm just being ridiculous.

I was about to post on the board to see if anybody has used the Hilton downtown. My fiance and I live in Houston but were going to have our wedding in Austin (I'm from Austin originally) and almost booked with them, but I wanted to see what other experiences have been with them.
I would love to hear what your issues are if you'd like to share.
