Yesterday:
Workout - 20 minutes on the spin bike, arms/legs circuit
D - fro yo! Yogurtology has a YUMMY new cherries and creme flavor!
Today:
Workout - 3 mile speed interval drills (1/4 mile jog, 1/4 mile at race pace, repeat to finish 3 miles)
B - n/a - had to go to the dr so I had to fast

L - chicken philly on whole wheat wrap
S - fresh mango, oatmeal raisin cookies
D - our usual thursday night dinner
