Yesterday:
Workout - 20 minutes on the spin bike, arms/legs circuit
D - fro yo! Yogurtology has a YUMMY new cherries and creme flavor!

Today:
Workout - 3 mile speed interval drills (1/4 mile jog, 1/4 mile at race pace, repeat to finish 3 miles)
B - n/a - had to go to the dr so I had to fast :(
L - chicken philly on whole wheat wrap
S - fresh mango, oatmeal raisin cookies

D - our usual thursday night dinner :)

    Workout:  5 miles on the elliptical, weights for 10 mins.
    D - tuna on whole wheat, nuts, pineapple.coconut water

    Today
    B - multigrain cheerios
    S- fruit
    L - grilled chicken breast with salsa
    D - again I have no idea; I hate eating after working out
    Workout: after work - another 5 miles on elliptical, weights for 10 & shoot hoops
    Time of our lives Anniversary
  • Today:
    B: starbucks reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich and a skinny vanilla latte
    S: protein bar
    L: starbucks mozarella and tomato panini (got a starbucks giftcard for my bday, to explain all the starbucks
    S: goat cheese salad
    W/O: ran 4.2 miles

    To Do:
    D: TBD
    will probably work out alittle bit again.
