So I just got a text from MOH. CA BM wants her or other BM to pick her up and drop her off at the airport for my bachelorette party weekend. Oh yeah, and she's planning on staying at my place. Mind you, she has YET to talk to me about it. MOH says she's fine with picking up and dropping off (which I don't think is very fair - MOH lives in Juanita/Bothell). But according to CA BM she told MOH she has't been able to reach me to talk to me about it yet. Um, yeah, because I sent her a text a week and a half ago saying how busy and stressed I am to try to give her an idea that I have enough sh!t of my own to deal with without having to hear her on the phone complaining about her issues with her BF! Did she forget there's texting and email!?? GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Ok, she is getting beyond ridiculous!! It's hard to say, but it's time you seriously put the smack-down on her! Tell you her love her and care about her, but her constant drama-mongering and selfish behaviour is really killing your friendship. I know the last thing you need is more drama, but daaamnn, it's YOUR wedding and it's NOT about HER!!

Is there any way you can block her emails/texts? That might spare you some grief.

Also thank gawd that your MOH and other BM are amazing for helping you with CA BM's craziness. You could try to have a mini GTG or Happy Hour with them after CA BM leaves, and you guys can bond over b*tching about her antics.

I don't think its rude to ask if someone can pick her up/drop her off, but if its really inconvenient, she should figure something else out. But, she definitely should not assume she's staying w/ you, especially when she hasn't even talked to you.

Just reading some of this stuff. You have the patience of a saint. I would have 'fired' her a long time ago. I don't think bridesmaid should cater to every last need and want a bride might have (like helpful, but not doormats), but they definitely shouldn't be adding more stress and work to a bride's list. Dude, that's just... no.

Trust me, I've thought of firing her, but I'm going to try to get it where she understands that I AM BUSY now. INSANELY freaking busy! So back the eff off! And if she still doesn't get that, then I'll have to be straight and simply tell her "I'm sorry, I don't have time to deal with your issues. I barely have time to eat or even see my fiance - and I LIVE with him!!!" Sorry, I just had to vent that.

Crazy! I would be furious if she was telling people she couldn't get ahold of you when it sounds like she hasn't even tried to, ah! Wow, and yeah, your BM and MOH rock for handling this so well. I agree with the GTG. If you have time for one, may be a good way for you to let off some steam!!

Text/Email her some prices for local hotels and cab fare.
While it is AMAZING of MOH and local BM's... it shouldnt be a damn requirement.

I just realized with my issue over my friend who wants to wear the wedding dress/inviting more people - that if friends are kind of crazy (or close to crazy) to begin with - weddings cause them to get even crazier! I'm sorry that you're dealing with this unnecessary stress!!! Ugh!
