Today:
Workout - 530am...yes am lol (with a nap after before work) spin class
B - cereal w/almond milk + turkey sausage

L - boca w/spinach on ww
S - yogurt, peach, pbj on ww

    I had FMIL & FSIL in town this weekend. Entertaining FILs should count as a work out! 

    Saturday: skipped bfast - too busy getting the apartment prepped. lunch: salmon blt w/ sweet potato waffle fries (yum), S: ff latte, D: roasted chicken w/ red potatoes & green beans

    Sunday: B: french toast casserole, L: DD bagel twist & iced coffee, D: chicken fried chicken w/ mac & cheese, fried okra & apples from Cracker Barrel, but only ate half! 

    Today
    B: steel cut oatmeal w/ a roasted pear, granola and maple syrup, LOT OF COFFEE
    EDIT:
    L: turkey & veggie sandwich from subway & handful of chips
    D: we're going out to dinner... hoping to get a salad.

    W/O: 5 mile elliptical, weight training, shooting baskets with FI
