Hi Ladies! I am not a vendor or affiliated with this organization in anyway. I'm just a woman who has known too many affected by breast cancer....and I'm a bride! I heard about this org in a book a while ago and am excited Brides Against Breast Cancer is finally coming to South Florida! BABC is an organizaiton that receives donated dresses and resells them. Proceeds go to programs for women who have breast cancer and their families. Heres a link to the organization's website....
http://bridesagainstbreastcancer.org/I wanted to post about this for two reasons. Those of you who don't have their dress yet may be able to score a dress at an awesome discount while helping others. And secondly, they need volunteers so whether you have a dress or not you can help out.
My mom and I signed up to be personal shoppers on Saturday! Thought I'd see if I have a bridal consultant hiding inside me somewhere! I thought it would be so fun to help other girls find their dress (especially now that the stress of finding my dress is done...hopefully I don't see something I like better!!!).
