Vendor Meals

So far I have
1.  DJ & MC
2.Photographer 1 & Photographer 2
3.  Videographer 1 & Videographer 2
4.  Wedding Planner 

We have a Photo Booth…should I provide a meal? He will be there for cocktail hour and the reception.  

Our florist will also be there the entire time I’m assuming since she picks up the vases at the end of the night should she get a meal. There will also be our event draping person there and I’m wondering if I should feed him also.

    photobooth, yes. 

    for the event draper are they doing the draping and then leaving? or staying through the reception? if staying, feed. 

    same as florist- if she is staying the entire night, feed. if she is setting up and then coming back at the end of the night, do not feed.

    i've never seen a florist/draping being feed during weddings. usually when i'm on my "break" it's the DJ/Band, coordinators and photobooth and video people back there.

    Anyone who will be there during the actual even should be fed.  Otherwise they would need to leave to eat.  Are you sure the floist is going to stick around?  That seems unusual.  Usually they'd just have you return the stuff the next day or come back to pick it up at the end of the event.

    Agreed. Anyone stating should be fed. My photographer is not staying (we only have her for 3 hours), but I am going to feed her and her assistant. I wouldn't feed the florist or the draper person.

    anyone who stays you need to feed -- but i doubt your florist sticks around. Ours is simply coming back at the end of the night
