Kathy Canby Cakes!

Has anyone used Kathy Canby? I've seen a few reviews but most of them aren't recent. She shipped us some samples of her cake in the mail, and it was amazing. But, we haven't seen many pictures of her work. With our schedule and hers it looks like it may be around July before we can meet with her in person, but I'd like to have a baker booked by then. She has pictures on her website, but none of them are close up so we can see the quality.

So, pictures please, if you have them.

    Maybe she could e-mail you some macro shots of her work?  Surely she has a digital portfolio she could send you something from.

    I used Kathy and she is freaken incredible!!!!  Out of everyone we met with, her cakes were the best, very moist and great flavor.  And her prices can't be beat!

    We are using her for our June 4th wedding! She was recommended to me by my cousin who does wedding cakes in Wilmington.... Her cake tasting was amazing and if you have an actual meeting with her she has literally thousands of cakes pictures! She is amazing so far and I can't wait to see our cake! Her husband works in Wilmington so her delivery fee to Wilmington from Jacksonville was only $50 which was the same as some other cake delivery charges in town!  I highly recommend her so far! 

    If for some reason you want to go with someone else, call Carolina Candy Co.... my cousin makes all the cakes for our family events as well as I have seen her wedding cakes and they are awesome!!! Her name is Lauren and she is great at making cakes!!!! Only reason we can't use her is because she is my MOH :)

    Kathy is still making cakes and they are beautiful and delicious!! This is the one she prepared for my daughter's wedding this August 2011!  Can't tell you how many guests commented on the cake! Can't go wrong with Kathy!
