Fell off the bandwagon a bit..

Hi All-

I haven't posted in a few weeks. I started a new job and just haven't had the time to get onto the Knot to update on posts!

Unfortunately, with the new change I haven't been working out as often as I was before. Thankfully, I haven't gained anything but I'm struggling to get back into it. Also, with walking and swimming I feel like I've hit a bit of a plateau, can anyone recommend anything new they've tried when they were getting a bit bored?

Thanks for your help, I hope you all are doing well still with your eating and exercising! :)

  • Well with the new job its not planned out well at all. Before I ate a whole wheat english muffin with a banana and natural PB everyday for bfast, now its a granola bar and a banana. Lunch is hit or miss, sometimes salad sometimes this great little sandwich place near the new job. Dinner has been completely all over the place with our busy schedules. I can't even tell you the last time we sat down and had a healthy dinner :(

    The good news is I haven't gained at all, and with all the junk the plateau may just be a result of my eating rather than actually being at a plateau...
