Yes, I work on Sundays...while it's nice and quiet, I get sooooooooo bored and seems like barely anyone is on the boards for me to play with lol.

There's nothing worse than working on the weekend!

For me, my favorite DIY is my invites so far. I've been doing graphic design as a hobby for well over a decade so doing print work that everyone will see is pretty cool.

Today we did our engagement shoot. I was supposed to have a portrait session this afternoon with a client but after telling her that I froze my tushy off this morning she decided to postpone for two weeks in hopes of warmer weather.

And we're not doing cake! We're doing cupcakes. My cupcake will be cinnamon and FI's will be PB Fudge. The cinnamon is incredible... let me just tell you!

P.s. those cake toppers look adorable! I had considered doing the DIY route with that but I didn't trust myself to not screw it up.

I actually JUST got confirmation from lollypopworkshop on etsy that they are definitely making our cupcake toppers

Well, I am not so good at DIY. Probably putting together all the different items and picking out my OOT bags is as DIY as it gets for me!

My day looks like this: work til 5:30 then going to a friends & family event at a new high end steak house that is opening. I am siked cuz I am on Atkins now and being able to have a steak and some veggies is perfect! Not supposed to drink though....

Cake flavor will probably be a vanilla with chocolate cream or some kind of passion fruit filling...I dunno yet!

Sorry about being stuck at work. I usually work Saturdays, and it's not fun.

Favorite DIY project? I don't think I've really done anything. I'm really terrible at things like that. I love coming up w/ ideas, I'm just not very good at putting those things together. Patience is not one of my virtues. LOL!

Today: I'm packing for the week. I leave tonight for the week for work. And I'm so mad at myself as I forgot to pick up all of my dry cleaning yesterday, sooooo, I might need to go shopping for a couple pairs of slacks. So not happy about that.

I'm at work until 3p still. I had planned to study for an exam I have tomorrow but I brought the wrong material

I'm so mad. The day is perfect for studying. So I decided to knot all day. I'm caught up until Friday's post

lol. Cheapest diy projects I've done so far are our table names. I haven posted pictures yet, will do soon hopefully, but yes really cheap and perdy

Our cake will be vanilla with pineapple filling yummm. I wanted rum in it but I'm waiting to go to the resort and discuss that with them in person.

Fav DIY: My invites even though they were a pain in my butt big time.

Today: I need to get out of bed but I'm having a hard time, haha! So I'm watching the little rascals until I finally do. I'm going to go visit my grandma at the hospital, going to show her pics of my hair! Then going with my mom and sister to go shopping. It's all for my sister, but maybe mommy will take some pitty on me and buy me something too perhaps since I'm giving my sister a 60 gift cert to love culture since I won't use it

Cake Flavor: A bunch of different ones. Each layer will be different. We will def have pineapple because it's my fav!

Fave DIY: None, I am not doing anything myself, haha. I originally tried to do my table names but it didn't work out so I abandoned all thoughts of DIY. I etsy instead, haha.

Today FI and I went shopping this morning. I got some new stuff at VS. FI has hockey at 4 so I am going to go workout then, and I am heading to whole foods now to stock up on food for the week.

And our cake is a coconut cake with key lime filling and a vanilla buttercreme frosting. YUMM! FIs grooms cake is marble with dulce de leche filling:)

Let's see, fave cheap DIY, hmmm I've done a lot. Probably my bride and groom signs, the table numbers, and my flip flops.

My day today, Matt and I have gone to brunch, REI, D ick's Sporting Goods and Walmart. It's been pretty productive. Now I am watching tv and probably gonna take a nap.

Cake. I have no idea. We will get to taste each cake when we get there but our choices are chocolate, vanilla and some random fruit cake.

*GRRR! Apparently d icks is a BAD word on TK.
