6) What are you most looking forward to in the month of June? Saturday our photographer is flying out from Michigan to take our engagement pics

9) When was the last time you were in Las Vegas? July, hoping to go again this July, and planning on going in Dec. for the half marathon

1) How is planning going?
Just dealing with the "aftermath," still cleaning up all WR stuff from our apartment, and waiting for the TY cards to arrive so I can send them out!

2) What is currently "Grinding Your Gears?"
My uterus.... why must you torture me every 28 days?!?!

3) What is currently making you all uber giddy?
The fact that I have plans for every weekend in June.... it's been awhile since I've been busy with non-Wedding stuff for back-to-back weekends.

4) Did you watch My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding on Sunday? Thoughts?
I missed it, because DH and I watched the Hangover 2 last Sunday instead

I want to watch the re-airing on Friday.

5) Did you do any shopping last weekend (Memorial Day Sales)?
Just bought 1 black cardigan.

The (hopefully) better weather, and summer finally arriving.

NMS, a bit much & not a huge fan of emerald cuts, Khloe's ring is way prettier.

Currently debating on putting a Wedding Announcement in my hometown's paper. My mom wants one in there, but doesn't want to put any work into doing it herself, and I am not really in the mood to do it.

Seeing the new Pirates movie and the GTG!

My white hoodie + pants set with Mrs. Lastname embroidered on.

It's kicking it in my closet right now. I kinda want to do a TTD, or something.... I love it so much and really want to wear it again.

1) How is planning going? It's in hurry up and wait mode right now. We have appointments to see venues, but with their locations so spread apart, we can't book anything else.

2) What is currently "Grinding Your Gears?" The one venue that won't get back to me. The place is really nice, but if the service is this bad prior to booking, I'd hate to see it after. She's pretty much taken her gorgeous location out of the running.

3) What is currently making you all uber giddy? The fact that slow-pitch season starts in a week and a half!!

4) Did you watch My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding on Sunday? Thoughts? Nope.

5) Did you do any shopping last weekend (Memorial Day Sales)? All I bought was a cheapo chain so that I can finally wear the locket that FI got me for Christmas.

6) What are you most looking forward to in the month of June? Life slowing down a little so that I can catch my breath.

11) Are you going to put any kind of Wedding Announcement in hometown's/current town's newspaper? It will probably be a marriage announcement rather than an engagement announcement, but yes.

12) Any weekend plans? Babysitting and relaxing

13) What are you currently DIYing? I'm working on the design of the centerpieces. I have a vase from the dollar store to work on an arrangement of roses. I'm going to make the roses (grocery store ones to try, Costco when the actual purchase for the wedding is made) look like the arrangements on the dollar tree website with wire around the bottom of the stems and clear rocks at the bottom of the vase. At least, that's the hope.

14) What was your last Etsy purchase? I've yet to use Etsy.

15) Do you watch the News in the morning? Not unless I need to see traffic or weather.

20) What type of guests are the worst wedding gift givers? (guess if you haven't received gifts yet) It may sound cliche, but I will truly be happy if all anyone does is show up. I really just want to share this moment with the people who have been there for my fiance or me over the years.

I am going to San Diego next week. My brother is graduating from College. My FI is coming, so we will eat a lot of In N Out and Mexican Food. w00t!

I did some shopping at REI --didn't even realize there were Memorial Day Sales, until I saw 35% off signs.

My trip to San Diego. and first day of summer. But the weather refuses to accept that it's spring, so who knows when summer will start?

I think its ridiculous to have such a huge and expensive ring. Really? I would have liked it if the carrot size was 10x smaller

Thanksgiving 2008. My brother was attacked by a pitbull in the middle of a street, and I fought with my dad the whole time because I was stuck with his FI's 5 and 8 year old.... Really who takes little kids to Vegas??

I had a salad w/ cucumbers, carrots, red bell peppers, shredded cheddar, and diced turkey w/ a side of thousand island dressing; an apricot; and a hard boiled egg w/ chili powder

Probably not, my hometown is San Diego. Kinda a big paper there. HAH

Just counted, we had 38 people who didn't send their RSVP back (out of 186)... seriously, it's stamped, just drop it in the mail! Worst was extended family.

We've lucked out ... not any bad wedding gifts yet. (all off registry, except 1 + one check) I do have some family that gave some weird shower gifts ... like a regifted "Mr. Wonderful" talking doll and a used candle. (Uhhh... thanks!)
