Niederman Barn

Does anyone have experiance having or going to a wedding at the Niederman Barn? I love the look of it but am worried there will not be enough room for 150-180 guest plus room for buffet and dj, and dance floor. There is the balcony outside but I dont want to plan on having to use that incase of rain. I was told it can seat 200 people.

    DId you ever get an answer to this or decide if you are going with Niederman? I am interested in having our wedding there as well but I haven't gotten out there to check it out yet and I am a little nervous since it's a family business. I know I am not much of a help but I hope you can help me :)

    I havent gotton any answers but we did go out to see it. The pictures on the website dont help much. One thing I did to help me decide was to google weddings at Niederman Barn in google images. Its a very nice rustic barn, and has great outside photo oppertunituies and good spots for outdoor ceremony. It comes with I think 12 round tables, 17 rectangle tables and 180 chairs. Tables and chair are not aloud to be taken outside on grassy area so we are looking into renting some for the ceremony- Im hoping to get the nice garden/wood/white chairs but the cheapest I could find was $2.50 each which would add up to a lot for 150 chairs. We are considering doing a standup ceremony and just renting a few for the older and pregnant guests. This place is pretty much a do it your self wedding. You set everything up and put everything up. You provide table clothes, you can bring own caterer or have family members bring some (were hoping to find a friend of a friend that will do very cheap caterering). Bob the guy that runs it is very nice. Its $750 for whole day- extra $250 if you want to decorate the night before. Its only a $50 deposit too so if you book then change your mind its not a big loss. When are you getting married? Ours is set for September 15 2012! If you have any other questions or any advise you could offer me you can always private message me and I'l give you me email.

    I was wondering how your wedding turned out? Was there enough space?? Any pictures you could share? Im thinking about having my wedding.. whenever I get married at a barn. I want a country wedding and there really isnt a lot of pictures online of Niederman Barn. Any help would be appreciated :)
