Fill us in on your WR and NRW updates from the weekend!

WR: Absolutely nothing! NWR: We closed on our house and moved in! After three days of non stop unpacking, we only have the office left to unpack and a few small projects to do. I'm so relieved we are almost settled because now I can focus on wedding stuff and preparing my classroom and lessons for the school year.

WR: We got the final payment off to the DJ, we ordered the pictures for our windows, we picked up FI's wedding band, we made the final payment on the HM and scheduled the outing for out of town folks on Friday night before the wedding

NWR: Unpacked all the boxes from my shower, got a bunch of little stuff done around the house and just relaxed. It was too hot to do anything else.

WR: Figured out some ceremony details (readings, order of things etc).
- Second fitting at David's bridal (dress fits wonderful which is a relief with how many changes I needed done. However they were supposed to sew my dress into my slip so there was a little bit of dress drama and my 20 minute appointment lasted 90 minutes with my fiance in the truck. I'll be picking my dress up in August now).
- Sent out rings to jewerler to be sized, soldered, redipped and highpolished. I miss my e-ring and am constantly looking at my hand! I am excited to be able to wear it as a set in a month though!
- Went to Ceremony site and enjoyed time with my dad. It is sweet that he wants to be involved and was patient as I talked through the logisitcs. Also figured out how much fabric I need to order for the custom tableclothes I am suddently making to save 200 dollars compared to ordering them with the rental company.
- Put together our anti-gravity chairs and other furniture that we got at our showers a few weeks back, So nice to have new things in our home!

NWR: finally got rid of F$&*ing sprint! Also a relief, I have been aruging with this customer service for 3 months due to their no signal problems and we both got the new GalaxyS3, so we had fun playing with our new phones yesterday.

WR. Finished welcome letter for OOT guests. Order tarted drafting day of timeline. We meet with photographer tonight to finalize. Figured out where we want to have photos taken. Drama with transportation vendor we may be canceling the vendor that was booked and rebooking. We're trying to get everything done by this weekend as I am on a business trip next weekend and then the families start arriving. NWR. Went for a hike to prepare for the honeymoon. We are working up the distance and elevation. The biggest hike will be about 6 miles with 2000 ft elevation gain. Went to a BBQ at a friends.

WR: Nada.

NWR: Dissertation. I'm boring. I have less than 2 months left to finish it.

10 days until we head back to the US! WOO! I hate London right now. It's July, and everyday I have to wear a sweater and carry an umbrella. It should not be 60 degrees and rainy in JULY. Ugh. (Also, 10 days until my birthday, coincidentally, and I can not think of a better present than some sunshine!)

WR: We picked up my wedding band. Sent another check to the caterer. Stalked the mailman for our final RSVP's. Made a list of all the things I need to take to the venue. Finalized the music for the ceremony.

NWR: Hung out with my FI without our kids. Priceless!

WR: Vows done, song list started, bridesmaid's bouquet vases done, mom's memorial candleholder done, my bouquet vase done, mailed final payment to photographer.

NWR: FINALLY got a free day to clean the house. It needed it so bad because we have been filling our weekends up and haven't had a chance to do it. FI works until 6:30 and is so tired by the time he gets home it's hard to find the energy to help me with things.

WR: Started our seating chart. Received our programs (now I just have to fold them and put the wrap around them. And then I had my third shower! It was a very nice shower!

NWR: We got our KITTY!! See previous post!.

WR: Worked on design for our table numbers and escort cards. Did some more photoshop work on our coloring pages for the kids. Went shopping and found a couple dresses to wear for the rehearsal dinner and bachelorette.

NWR: FI and I went around to flea markets on Saturday, had our favorite lunch out (BLTs at a hole-in-the-wall diner) and then went to see the new Spiderman.

NWR: Went fishing, crabbing, and whale (but didn't see any) watching. Visited with my parents and his.

WR - cornered MOH about a date to buy her dress. Date is this weekend. Hopefully we will find something since wedding is in 18 days! Mostly I have been planning on stuff to buy to take for the honeymoon, started some packing of the new items.

NWR - Went out with MOH and her boyfriend. Things went well and had a nice night. Stayed in and watched some netflix movies.

My mom is getting married this weekend! So I need to figure out what I am wearing for that!

WR: Since my parents were in town I scheduled all of the vendor final meeting so they could go with me and make sure we had all the details taken care of. So Cake, DJ, Photographer and Flowers are ALL DONE!! So happy about that. We also had a meeting with the venue to go over the ballroom layout and finalize the number of guests and meal options. We were able to add on a late night snack which FI is excited about, french fries....he is a sucker for fries

Also picked up more menu card frames, just a few more to buy. My list is now looking REALLY good to me. So glad that everything is almost done and I can hopefully stop stressing about everything soon.

NWR: My parents were finally able to come see our new house we just bought and got to spend time with my dad before he had to fly back home. My mom is still here so I get to spend more time with her this weekend

WR: selected bouquets, bouts and corsages on Tuesday. Friday I picked up some more silk flowers to try more attempts at a hair decoration. Saturday had my 2nd fitting and took my dress home, picked up a paper punch to use for the table numbers and candy jar labels. Saturday was plant shopping and terrarium assembly (will be half of our center pieces). Monday was the due date for our RSVP and 50 (out of 130) people have not responded. Received our first wedding gift with a decline RSVP, a pair of movie tickets.

NWR: Not much on the actual weekend. FI came home today from a weekend house/animal sitting. So excited, my first mineral eye shadow order came in from a small business in OH called Sweet Libertine. It is a limited edition (16 made) color that is an amazing orange/bronze with the most glitter I have ever seen in an eye shadow. I can't wait to wear it.

WR: Sent in the contract for the tent rental, checked in with our photographer and caterer, booked a different hotel for the wedding days, got our car rental straightened out...we had our friends' band which was going to do a few sets at the reception and apparently they broke a few weeks ago and I found another one who will play our wedding for less than a thousand! Ordered a guest book poster from Vistaprint and found a place to get our hair done. Oh, and I had a second fitting at DB on Friday!

NWR: FI worked on Saturday and I had to deal with our cats' stomach issues...hopefully, they'll be sorted out by the time we're having someone catsitting for us!
