exhausted and starving / poll

this is like a return to first tri, only i'm not nauseous, and I can no longer see my toes.

my legs and feet have been painful (i think they're a little swollen), so i'm going to cut out a little early and get a pedicure.

what color should i get? my toenails are purple and glittery right now.

I either do super light (a very light sheer pink or sheer white) or super dark. Essie Wicked is my go-to color.

Pink is the only color I have put on my toes in years and years.

I usually do hot pink in the spring, red-red in the summer, something darker (plummy) in the fall, and red again for the holidays.  But not too dark because I'm really white and if I go too dark, it's very Addams Family.  Which might work for Halloween...

it's a beautiful fall day in Houston - 90 degrees and sunny.

I normally keep my fingernails plain, and my toes are normally fairly wild. i wear sandals or open toed shoes any time it hits 50+ - i usually switch off what colors i get.

I'm trying out a new nail place today - I checked out their website, and their spa pedicures sound awesome. (hot stone massage, various masks, scrubs, etc.)

I keep mine a pearly pink color in spring/summer, but for fall I'd go with something darker. Deep teal and Hunter Green are having a moment, Chanel and OPI both have new colors in that family. Deep plum is always good.

Did anyone ever try that "Greige" color? I hope it looked better on you than it did me.
Dear Rain, Not Today. Sincerely, My Parade
