This photo popped up on my Facebook stalker-feed a few days ago, and I really want to know what dress this is. I just spent a good portion of my morning flipping through the HOB website with no luck. Anyone know what dress it is?

    It might be by Liz Fields.  Her models tend to be posed like that.
