BM dresses came yesterday, now there is a problem with one!

Hello ladies! I don't know if you guys read my post a couple of weeks ago, I had ordered my MOH (Mom) and BM dresses from a website which I read a couple of days later that they had BAD reviews..In the meantime, I had got an email from Davids Bridal about their 50% off sale and found the dresses I like...I cancelled the order with the other company and ate 75 bucks for cancelling which I had more trust in Davids Bridal and the dresses were only 50 bucks each..OK..I ordered 2 and they came yesterday, delievered to my Moms house..well the BM dress is fine, it came with the shawl or wrap (My Mom wants to wear a shawl over her shoulders because she is very self conscious about her chicken skin arms as she calls them) . My Moms dress came with no wrap and in looking at it she found a small ink mark on the front! She contacted them on their online chat and explained the problem and they are supposed to be getting back with her..She said the small ink stain really wouldn't be THAT noticable and my BM doesn't want the wrap so she just doesn't know if it would be worth the hassle of doing a whole re-do which would be the third time or just wear the dress and my BM shawl...we are 60 days away from the wedding and all of our dresses need hemmed..what are your thoughts on this? Im ready to pull my hair out!

  • I would bring the reciept and the dress into your local DB store and see what they can do.

  • Print off the receipt and take it in anyways, they might be able to help you. You might be able to just do a direct exchange in store if they have it in-stock.

    You should get what you paid for, though. That means another wrap and a dress without stains. Make that clear to whomever you talk to at DB, that's what you want.
