Gah DB has me on hold for over 30 minutes!

Calling DB today to see when we can expect my MOH dress to get her.  She needs it altered because she will be 7 months pregnant for the wedding...both of my BM's dresses have come in.  They told me it would be 15-20 minutes of being on hold but now it is at a half hour.  WTH...I understand being busy but to get my answer would have taken less time then I have been on hold.  Thinking about hanging up and calling back.

    When I called my local store to schedule a shopping appointment, I was on hold for more than ten minutes. They kinda suck at customer service most of the time. :(

    I too thought the customer service there sucked.. that is why I left (before my appointment was over) drove 3 hours in the other direction to a local owned shop, got the same dress for 250 less!!!!

    I ended up hanging up and calling back and was giving my answer within a minute.  My MOH dress is on the truck and will be here this week! She ordered in back in February.
