On a personal note...

Hello ladies! I have a question that is more on the personal side, so if you are a male, I recommend not reading any further ;)
I don't know if it is just me (doubt it!), but I have often wondered how to go about deciding on a wedding date around the lovely "aunt flow" (who is NOT invited to the wedding, btw!). Besides being on birth control, does anyone know something that I may not know to solve this problem?!

Thanks!!! :)

if you know your usual time of the month it comes and you are pretty regular than this should be no problem.  If you are not sure wait two months mark on a calendar with a red dot when it starts and ends and that each month and that should be a pretty good indicator.

I can't imagine how anyone could do this.  I don't know a single girl who gets her period like some sort of clockwork robot at the same exact time every month.  Even if you were like that,  stress or anxiety could cause it to come sooner or later so I wouldn't even bother worrying about it.  Go on Seasonique instead.

I usually post on the West Coast board but I wanted to let you know what I was told.. I was worried about getting my visit during the time of my parents renewal ceremony a few years back.. My doctor told me that i could skip the last row of my bc pills and start directly on my new pack instead. If you skip those "placebo" pills, and start on the next hormone ones, you won't have your period until the end of the new pack... Just an idea if you take them.  :O)  GL
