Need jewelry opinions, please :-)

So I'm hanging around in my house wearing all of my wedding jewelry (that's normal right?? :-)) and since I've been looking at it all so much, I'm wondering if my bracelet looks ok with everything else. My concern is that it has yellow gold in it and everything else (engagement ring, necklace, earrings) is made of various silver-colored metals. I'm really hoping to wear it as my something blue and something borrowed--it's a blue and white sapphire bracelet that my aunt bought in India in the '60s or '70s for my mom (though I guess it's not exactly "borrowed" because my mom gave it to me...). I totally love it, but I'm wondering if you think the mixed metals will be noticeable or look weird? Let me know what you think!

    Generally I discourage mixing metals on the wedding day, but if the bracelet is really special to you, you could probably get away with it.  Is it comfortable?  Maybe it's just the photo, but it looks tight.

    Very comfortable :-) it's actually quite loose though definitely not enough to fall off or anything. It might look tight in the pics because the underside is dangling towards the floor.

    The sentimental aspect would make it ok, but if you were asking me if you should buy that to wear, I'd say no. And really, I doubt anyone will be looking at the bracelet; you'll look stunning in your dress!

    I agree with PP, I doubt anyone will be inspecting it enough to know, they are looking at you and how gorgeous you'll be :)

    Thanks guys, I think I probably will end up going with it for the sentimental value. Luckily the vintage look goes with our theme. Though if I had an unlimited budget I would so buy this bracelet for my something old:



    Sadly I do not have a spare $400 lying around....
