22 days! AHH!

What do you have left to do?? (Hopefully your list doesn't make me feel as behind as I do)

-Programs
-Escort cards
-Finish bridal party gifts
-Find bracelet for me
-Send final photog payment
-Get table runner for head table
-Church pew decor? If time...
-Assemble favors and print tags
-Ring bearer pillow (maybe)
-Finish bathroom baskets
-Print table numbers for frames
-Get garter
-Create or buy card box
-Make reserved signs for first row of pews

YIKES! A lot of little to-do's. At least most of them are items we can go without if we run out of time.

Not too many, enough that I'm not sitting around all the time!

- finish picking up the items we are bringing for reception
- Marriage license (we have to do ours within ten days, so have to wait)
- thank you cards for BM gifts
- show up to hair trial tomorrow
- buy SD dress, shoes, hair stuff
- buy FI shoes
- finish favors
- Call venue with final #s by 9/28
- I have my jewelry for the wedding, but I need to decide how I would like to wear it with my dress (ie single strand pearls, or loop it for 2 - 3)

ETA - we need to set up one more meeting with our officiant. We didn't get around to ceremony stuff when we met with him Tuesday night

Print out Table Numbers (venue has some that I can use if necessary)

Finish card box

Thank you card for late shower gift

Pick up FI's suit for wedding

confirm with florist

go over ceremony with officiant (meeting tomorow)

go over details with photographer

Final numbers to venue by 10/2

get remaining RSVP's (Slackers, grr!!)

hair/makeup trial (9/22)

get cake serving set or confirm venue has one we can use

order favors (chocolate from local company-will be delivered in two days-will be ordered on 9/25)

Buy paper for people to sign/write on for 'guest book' (AC Moore & Michael's)

Obviously not in any particular order...

WE pay our vendors day of...

so umm MAYBE make RSVP signs for the first few pews...
that's it!

FI and my son pick up their suits next week...
Bacherlorette party tomorrow evening...
Hair and final dress fitting on Monday

everything else is done, made my toss bouquet last night.. now it is anything else I want to spiff up on lol

Have Birdal party gifts etc... nothing left. that I can think of!!

SO Glad to have little to no stress!

Glad i'm not alone! I'm finishing programs, decorating wishing well/birdcage, doing final venue payments, and dieting like crazy. Thats it I think... I'm really focused right now and attack things that need doing. FI is probably scared of my checklists by now

I am the 7th but I will join...

final florist meeting I have to make my centerpieces (doing that at thh florists on the 4th)
FI needs to get remeasured to make sure his tux is the right size-he is dropping pounds like crazy
We need to get FI an outfit for the rehearsal dinner
I need wedding underwear
We need to get a few more items for our welcome bags and a couple bags of reese's cups for our candy buffet
print out and frame an engagement picture for the welcome bags
decide if we are going to do a sand/wish stone ceremony
Buy Ringerbearer gifts
contact guests who didn't rsvp!
Have final meeting with venue to drop off most decor and get the bar selection to make bar sign (we are only having beer and wine)
Send must take photos to photog
and pay ALL vendors~ yikes!!

There is still so much to do but we are hoping to get a majority of this done next weekend

- Finalize my timeline
- Wrap up our DJ "must play" list

-finish drafting ceremony

-list of formals for photog
-final meeting with venue

and a bunch of other little details that aren't even worth typing out. can't believe it's 3 weeks away!!
