Can you recommend an officiant?

We're Catholics but of course Catholic priests can't perform ceremonies outside of the church.  My son is having his ceremony at the reception venue.  Can anyone recommend an officiant that they're using? Most of them seem so cheesy in their ads in the local wedding publications...

Can anyone help? Thanks!!

    Lots of people on here use Kevin Knox and highly recommend him.

    We just met with Kevin Knox tonight for a consultation.We are very grateful to have him doing our wedding.He had wonderful ideas and was willing to adjust any and all vows to your needs.

    I highly highly reccommend him.

    hahah, this favors thing is like the most entertaining thing ever.  I see mixed idea about if this thread is actually about that or the soflorida bored.. but still.  Out of all boards to get worked up over.. favors?!?  I love it.  Love it.

    Finished BC and not preventing since June 2010.
    Actively trying for baby #1 since July 2011.
    SA completed 5/29/2012. No sperm found.
    11/12: Dx: Congenital Bilateral Absense of the Vas Deferens.
    Genetic Testing needed as this is a mutation of Cystic Fibrosis.
    IVF #1 with ICSI planned for 2013.
    PAIF/SAIF welcome!

    We are using Rev Knox as well.  I would highly recommend him.

    We are using "Rev Kev" (Kevin Knox) too....I am a bit biased though because he is my fiance's Dad! You can find him at a beautifulceremony.com.  Also check out Pastor Paul Hoyer from Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Lake Mary, another wonderful Pastor and man!  (They are actually co-officiating our wedding)

    reverend Tim Herring. He has done many many wedding ceremonies, including the first one ever at Disney. He came highly reccomended from my venue for the Central Florida area.

    We used Mandi Edwards, she was VERY affordable and did a fantastic job!! So nice!
