  You could also have one front row designated for the wedding party to sit.  I think the point of a round ceremony seating chart is to enhance the view for the guests, and having only the minister, FI, and you will allow most guests to see you.

  I love it and am thinking of doing it myself!  I'll probably make it so there is 4 kind of aisles that run though, so the photog can get around and everyone can see
