I used Jessica for my wedding and let me tell you she was more than amazing. Her work was flawless. Since then i have gotten so many phone calls from people that saw me at the wedding and wanted to book her. She did my 10 bridesmaids, my mom and i. Also, we had her for the whole day and let me tell you i loved every minute of the pampering.
    Her number is: 240-543-7270

Go to a MAC or Smashbox counter/store...look for a good artist that is willing to freelance their talents.  They wouldn't be representing their cosmetics company when freelancing, only themselves.  So look for a contract!  I'm a MAC artist...brides do it all the time at my location.

I've decided to do my own makeup for my wedding...and find an artist for my bridesmaids.

    Good luck!

I was going to suggest a MAC makeup artist.  Her name is Christina.  She works out of the Nordstrom store in Annapolis.  My mom, sisters and I have been having her do our faces for years now (we range from cafe au lait to dark chocolate complexions).  She's even be featured in Washingtonian magazine.  I'm not sure what her rates are (or even if she does outside appointments), but it's worth a shot.  Even if she doesn't do it herself, she can give you a good recommendation for another artist there.
