I guess TK just decided to eat yesterday's thread. Happy Friday!
I ran a little under 4 miles last night. It was windy and I felt a little slow, but I'm glad I went anyway. Tonight I'm lifting and doing the elliptical. I upped my reps on a few exercises last time and might on a few others, we'll see.
This weekend I have plans for a shopping/lunch date with a friend and then I have the lovely task ahead of me of addressing and stuffing/sealing our wedding invitations.
What's everyone else up to?
