Cruiseport Gloucester-decorations questions

If you've had your wedding at the Cruiseport in Gloucester did you put votive candles in all the windows? How many votives do you suggest I buy? I've already emailed the Cruiseport recently so I don't want to be a pain for them so I figured I'd see if anyone here has recommendations. Also, are there any other decorations you'd suggest?

thanks,
julie

At Cruiseport if I remember correctly it takes 122 votives to do each window all the way around and they charge $2/votive.  I lined all the windows as well as did 5 votives per table and saved a TON of money ordering votives online and then they set them up for me.  I highly suggest doing that!  Price shop around for best deal.

I'm also getting married at Cruiseport and LOVE candles, so I'm glad you are asking this question! I thought that they supplied 2 votives/table but not sure where I got that (just looked at my contract), but are you asking just about for the windows?

Also--in someone else's pictures at Cruiseport I saw that they used big hurricane glass type candles above the two fireplaces--just a thought! When is your wedding?

Thanks for the information! I'm going to start pricing it out.

I'm getting married next March. My plan is to do the votive candles in all the windows and then candles as centerpieces too. Depending on the weather that day we might actually use the fire place; otherwise, the candles in the fireplace is a cool idea.
