They have good prices, but I've heard the place can be a zoo. It's not like a typical bridal salon, so you would have to go prepared for that.

I am using RK Bridal.  My mom and I went down on a Saturday (no appointment) and we were able to put our names on a list.  When they got to my name, we would be called to try on dresses.  In the meantime, we were able to pull dresses to try on.  I think they said seven dresses.  While we waited for our turn, we were able to watch the other brides come out of the fitting rooms with their dresses on to show their moms/sisters/bridal party.  Our consultant wound up being Jo - she was wonderful!!  I wound up ordering my dress that day.

They gave me a scheduled day for my dress to come in.  Right around that day they called me and we scheduled a "try-on" appointment.  We went down to make sure everything was fine with the dress.  That day we scheduled my three fittings - the first one is September 25th.  They were great both times we were down there and my mom actually wound up finding her dress there as well.

    I definitely recommend them!!

I was just there 2 weeks ago, not for my dress for the MOB dress & accessories. Its a great store - more like a warehouse & they DO NOT take appointments. You have to sign a book when you get in & wait your turn. they open at 9:30 on saturdays, i got there at a 845 & there were already people waiting online. Be prepared to wait. My suggestion would be to go to other bridal salons 1st to try on dresses until you find the one & then go to RK Bridal to order it. They place can turn into a zoo.
My mom found her dress there & I got my veil & earrings there.

I also had Jo like the pp.  I went in there disheartened because I am a plus sized bride and I figured I'd have to wear a muu muu or something.  Jo was super friendly and pulled 12 dresses for me.  She totally got my style and helped me customize the dress of my dreams.  I went during the week at about 1:30 so it wasnt too bad.  I hear the weekends are a zoo.  My bridesmaids also had a good experiences there also.  It's definitely worth a try

I wouldn't recommend them for alterations.

I was there last week.  I got there a few minutes after 11 and we had to wait a few minutes before a consultant came in.  I had Aisha.  She was great!  I saw 2 dresses I liked, but if I decide on one of them I'll most likely get the dress elsewhere.  I know of a place that is much closer to me that actually has lower prices on the dresses I like.  However, if its convenient for you and you go at a good time- it's worth it.

We ordered my bridesmaids dresses through them - did the "no frills" program because I knew exactly what dress we wanted and the price was right - you don't go in to thier place, just fax them the dress you want and they can ship it to you.  Also, my girls were ok with getting any necessary alterations done somewhere else.  Getting help over the phone was VERY annoying, but, the dresses arrived last week as promised by them and look great, and were a good discount.

I went in February for my our wedding in June just to look at dresses and found the dress I had to have! It was a little hectic, but once you get into the fitting rooms the consultants' attention is all yours and they are all super sweet. Oh, and the best part is the prices are great!
It can be a little daunting though, they do have A LOT of dresses so you may want to know what designers you prefer as they have all the dresses separated by designer. In your case I guess that isn't a problem since you already have a dress you're interested in!

I agree with the comments abut RK Bridal being a bit of a zoo but I had a great expierence with Olga (Bridal Consultant)....my dress arrived about 1week after I ordered it and my bridesmaids were able to order their dresses without any problems....Good luck with your dress shopping!
