my nails have always been an issue for me. I used to bite them, the I had acrylic for years and now I have taken off the fake nails and stopped biting but I pick. I pick and destroy them all the time. I've tried manicures but it doesn't help - if one thing isn't perfect I pick until the cuticle tears or something else gross and ugly. I really want natural pretty nails for my wedding. Any tips on how to get me to stop?
