MUA advice

I've never hired an MUA and neither have any of my girlfriends.  What kind of budget should I be setting aside for this?  Ultimately, I'd like someone to do my hair and make-up, but am unsure who to choose.

Advice please!

    I was referred to "Misha" by the bridal boutique that I am buying my dress from. I will be visiting her for a consultation. Her website is www.makeupbymisha.com...I want a MUA specifically to cover my tattoos, but I have no idea what my budget should be either.
