Dress me up (The New Years Eve edition)

I am totally ripping this off but I need help getting dressed for NYE. As I said, we're heading out to an Formal Informal NYE party in Chi-Town. This little excursion wasn't cheap

so I want to look good and really dress it up! I have no idea what to wear because it's going to be cold as all get out. Help please?!

I would like a dress (I think) no more than probably $60-$70 and it doesn't matter the color as long as it's not yellow or red <--- neither works well with my skin tone. I LOVE purple and hate "crumb catcher" necklines. I can only wear Juniors as well. Yay thrilling. These are some ideas:

Oooh it's so cute! I like sparkles.

I like the 1st and the 3rd dress better than the second. I think I might like the third one best just for the little details like the rosettes and the flared skirt.

Also, I'm totally in love with Chiano's suggestion. If only Macy's shipped to Canada, ugh!

I always feel like New Years should be a big affair. I bought the most ridiculous dress for it back in October haha, and I don't even have plans yet!

Bren - terrible that they don't ship to Canada! I love me some Macy's.

I'm all about showing some leg and I can rock some pantyhose; I have the most awesome boots to go with a short dress. The last black dress from cache is SWEET. I love it but I'm nervous about it looking good on me.

Lyn - you are a goddess, however, I didn't pick of those (no origami for me, I'm not a fan) but the ones on the side caught my eye and I think I am getting this one.

Winner winner chicken dinner! I like the silver dress pure awesomeness. I don't know your style YET so I'll make a mental note of that. Yes the pink shoes would definitely work.

I have to disagree though Mar - the pink shoes totally work with either color. They are both such basic color you have to spice it up with a colorful and sparkly shoe. God knows I love my Candies.
