Im not sure what to get for my parents for thank you for the wedding. I dont want to do cheap but on budget. How much and what type of things are most often given to the parents of the bride???
I'm giving them their own copy of the pro wedding album. I wanted to do something special for my mother so I'm getting one of the bouquets made into a wreath. My friend had that done and it came out amazing. I'm also going to get them a gift card to a nice restaurant
We're having two digital photo frames at the wedding...one of pictures of me growing up and one of fiance. Then we're giving mine to my parents and his to his parents at the end of the wedding.

Can you tell me what company you used to make the wreath? My mom would love it for the house!
We gave small photo books to each set of parents, but that was much later since we didn't have pictures before the wedding We also gave H's parent's one of these, spelling out their last name:
And my mom got a gift certificate for a massage and some new luggage because she really needed it
Another random suggestion if she really likes flowers. These can get kind of expensive, but I think they're so beautiful and maybe it would be cheaper if you only used a few flowers or if you just used her corsage:
I'm planning on giving both sets of parents digital picture frames & then when the pictures coming in sending each a flash drive or memory card with the photos on it to display on the frame.
My mom is also really into rhinestone jewelry, so I found her a Mother of the Bride rhinestone pin that she can wear at the bridal shower & rehearsal dinner. Just kind of tongue in cheek.
I may also write the mom's small poems or notes. Sometimes doing something relatively simple, but from the heart, can be even better than more expensive gifts. I think it would be something they would really enjoy & cherish.
