Has anyone heard about this program? It has good reviews so I think I might go for it but I wanted to see if anyone here had any experience. My wedding is about 11 weeks away and I'm looking for something new to shake up my routine a bit to help me with these last few pounds that I want to lose/redistribute to muscle. I currently run 2-3 a week, strength train 2x a week and possibly add a group fitness class once in awhile.I also use MFP and try to stay on track and do well for the most part.
