Of course stamps will be increasing to $0.46 in January (27th) & my RSVPs are due on January 18th. Should I just put the $0.45 stamp on it & it's their fault if they don't send it back to me in time so they will have to cover the extra penny or should I put a penny stamp on there too? I mean in the grand scheme of things it's only like an extra $1.50 I'm spending to put it on there but part of wants to be a meany???
