  It doesn't hurt to have since it will give you a realistic view of whether or not the underwear will work for your outfit.

  You should wear whatever you are going to wear on your wedding day on the day(s) of your fitting.  If your bust area is too big and they fit it to you without a bra on but then you decide to wear one on your wedding day, the bust area maybe too tight.  Same goes for shoes...you may know the height but wearing them is your best bet.

  I agree, I'd wear what you plan on wearing at your wedding.  Although a lot of girls (including me) end up having their seamstress put cups in the dress instead of wearing a bra.

  I would most certainly recommend you wear whatever  you are going to wear in your wedding.  The dress will be fitted to what you are wearing.  Different garments fit in different ways.  (Spanx anyone?!)  Even different bras fit differently.  Its better to be safe and wear the same thing for the fitting as the actual wedding.
