I'm sorry smartlypretty! I hate to step on your toes but I am terribly impatient. Smile I feel like what I did last week doesn't count until I list it here and that I can't organize my thoughts for next week without the lists. Yes, I am crazycakes.

Last week:
Purchased chocolate bars for favors
Got the packaging for favors figured out and purchased
Took the BM to get his outfit
Made arrangements for the post-wedding brunch
Assembled about 1/3 of the favors/escort cards
Exchanged the gift for my dad since they'd sent the wrong thing
Bought a few of the thank you cards for friends/family 
Bought a new pair of earring since I wasn't thrilled with original set
Discussed specific expenses with photographer
Got shoes for after party
Figured out seating plan. We're 99% sure who is and is not coming since the wedding is so small. 


Next week:
Email about food for the welcome dinner
Find a location for the after party
Finalize wedding timeline and layout list
Follow up with venue about bar pricing, again. 
Meet with venue coordinator for final planning meeting
Make a final decision about wedding make up

We're going away this weekend and my biggest goal is to just relax!



Are you early September ladies down to daily checks yet? Does anyone still have anything really big they need to check off their list? For us it's our after party arrangements.

    Last week:
    -Worked on seating
    -Got FI to nag his GM about RSVPing (yea!)
    -Checked on room block
    -Submitted app for marriage license to get this week
    -Bought DJ app finally
    -worked on collage/shot list for photag
    -works on MC script

    This week:
    We move into the house this week so I'm going to give Mon-Thurs to the house and next week to the wedding.  Then we are in VA for the weekend so we'll get done:
    -get marriage license on Friday
    -final meeting with venue on Saturday
    -final meeting with coordinators on Saturday

    Hahaha no problem! I had a full wedding weekend for my really good friend, so it was a pretty crazy weekend AND it was OOT. Then I had to go full bridezilla on my photog this morning. 

    THIS PAST WEEK
    - sent a thousand (literally) emails to coordinate final details with my vendors
    -applied for our marriage license
    -bought a purse for rehearsal/wedding
    -got our train tickets for europe plus confirmed HM details

    THIS UPCOMING WEEK
    -continue to send a thousand emails
    -final meeting with our venue tonight
    -buy some stuff for our HM

    i have a daily list for me and FI for this coming week. it is getting so ridiculous, i can't focus on anything at work anymore. i don't even want to post the list because i'm getting so sick of it.
    Happily married since 9/1/2012!

    This Past Week:
    - Sort through shower gifts from two showers
    - Start shower thank you notes
    - Final meeting with venue
    - (Almost) final meeting with florist
    - Brought supplies for signs (ring-bearer, seating)
    - Bought bubbles for the send-off
    - Met with FI grandma about cake
    - Got flowers & headband for flower girl
    - Picked our vows
    - Went over ceremony details with minister
    - Finalized music for pre/post ceremony, ceremony, reception (dinner, dancing, specials)
    - Got my dress for the rehearsal :)
    - Table names/pictures done 
    - All groomsman have their shirts and they are the right color!

    This coming week:
    - Bug people who haven't RSVPed
    - Write more thank you notes
    - Get FI baby pics for slideshow
    - Make signs
    - Write note/poem/story for favors
    - Submit online application for marriage license
    - Drop off silk flowers at the florist

    All I have to do is tonight create a cd for our dj, tomorrow get my hair cut and colored and get FI's cut, Wednesday meet with the reception hall lady, Thursday get my nails done and bag our favors up.  Friday is our rehersal and Saturday is the wedding!

    I better check all my checks this week, or else I'm out of time!!!!

    Still to do:

    - Create signs for drinks / menu / programs / guest book
    - Create bathroom boxes
    - Create welcome bags
    - Print escort cards & assemble escort card display
    - Write thank you notes for all gifts received to this point
    - Buy champagne for Anniversary Dance
    - Buy, print & assemble cheat sheet for ceremony officiant, readers
    - Print & iron on logos to t-shirts for kickball game
    - Get engagement ring re-dipped
    - Get manicure/pedicure
    - Get eyebrows waxed
    - Pack for wedding weekend (rehearsal dinner, getting ready, wedding, day-after kickball game, following day of relaxation with FI at B&B)

     I don't know what I've been doing to be honest lol. My brain is kind of fried right now!

    Mostly I've just been coordinating with vendors setting up final meetings/putting details together. RSVP date is saturday so mid next week I'll start calling people.

    I'm at that point where yes, I have things i need to do... but none of them can really be done right now.. if that makes sense.

    -start printing ceremony inserts
    -choose songs for videographer dvd
    -finish up table numbers
    -track down the last few people left to rsvp
    -start seating chart
    -buy gifts for parents/brothers
    -kristine!

    8/28
    FI haircut
    Buy ringbearer gifts
    Clean the house so we don't have to deal with it after the wedding

    8/29
    Confirm with DJ
    Pack overnight bags
    Working late so not a lot of time for anything else :(

    8/30
    FI picks up tux
    Write all final checks and put in envelopes
    Pick up bridesmaid from the airport (SO EXCITED TO SEE HER)
    Drop off a load of stuff at the farm
    Get nails did (brows too!)

    8/31
    Pack up all remaining wedding paraphrenalia and transport to farm
    Decorate and set up
    Rehearsal
    Rehearsal Dinner

    9/1
    GET F*CKING MARRIED
