Ugg... I have soooo many errands to do. My bachelorette is this weekend, and I need to get a couple cute outfits for dinner Friday and Saturday. I also have our final meeting with the baker today and need to hunt down a cute tray for our tea ceremony (Pier One maybe?).

All I really want to do is lay in the sun though... but FI is so fair skinned compared to me that I'm scared to get tan before the wedding because when I do, he looks like a ghost is pictures. lol.

WTF: I keep thinking that we have another short week this week! Its really bothering me. I also have a faculty meeting this afternoon. bleh.

Rant: Tomorrow is my birthday, and I have to teach all day, then go to class at night. Getting old sucks haha.

huge rant: found out that my save the dates will be 0.20 cents more each becuase they are 5x5 instead of normal size!
It's not a huge deal and it's only $30 more but since i didnt order special postage i have to multiple stamps on them

... after I made FI use a ruler to make sure all the labels were perfectly straight!!...

rave: just booked a weekend trip to baltimore for first weekend in may, to see the red sox play down there! hoping it goes by fast since I'm so busy at work for the next few weeks...

I say lets all skip out of work and go to the beach!! LOL. It really does suck being stuck inside on this gorgeous day.

Carrie: I have the opposite problem, FI loves being tan. Our photog already told him to stop tanning a month before the wedding. I might try the spray tan a few days before so at least I will have some color.

(a) Happy Birthday Melko!

(b) I know some amazing places to get spray tanned if you want to try it out. that being said, i'd stay away from doing it before my wedding!! they always fade very funky on me (like i'll have spots of un-tanned places...its very strange!)

and (c) i HATE being in the office today. My office is almost all windows so it'd sweltering in here, and i'll say it again, i should be at the beach LOL

FI told our photog he's planning on going tanning every day a month before the wedding to get extra tan for the pics. Our photog wants FI to look natural not like a burnt bacon for the pics. Plus I'm usually pretty pale and our photog said the pics will come out better if FI and I are similar in complexions.

LOL... burnt bacon... you crack me up Christi! Yea, FI is in the sun a lot, but he just doesn't tan like me. I go in the sun for 10 minutes and I get tan lines. It's annoying... I was in the sun today just getting in and out of the car while doing errands, and I have tank top tan lines!!! I have to be careful because my dress is strapless. In summer pictures there is always a HUGE DRASTIC difference in color between FI and I. People always comment that he looks like a ghost. I don't want our wedding pictures to be like that, so no laying out for me until the honeymoon! I'm gonna have to go out in a strapless top though to try and get rid of the tank top tan I got today. ugg.
