    It is!  But I just found out that I need a program called SURE CUTS A LOT
    UGH!  always something to make me spend more money.

    I've never heard of that program before.
     

    I know the feeling though. There was this program that came out with cricut that you could design on your computer and send it to your cricut to cut. It had all of the cartridges on it. I bought it for $100 and was thrilled. NO where on the package did it say you had to own EVERY cartridge.

    Which cricut do you have?

    I made my envelope liners by taking apart an envelope and tracing the size on a heavyweight cardstock.

    I used a regular paper cutter to cut them.

    If it were me, I wouldn't spend the $ unless it creates fancy edging or something.

    It DOES create fancy edging. Which was a bonus
    The file I bought was $6.00 and comes with 12 different envelope liner designs.
    The program I need to download to use the file is $60.00

    I'm still deciding.

    My mom is the one with the cricut. Its the big giant one. I don't know what its called.
