Labels for preserves/jams for favors

So I'm making preserves and jams as favors, as it's something I really enjoy doing and something I can easily do throughout the year (since they last so long) and in my wedding colors. :) The only problem is, I'm looking for labels to make for the jars, and the ones I'm finding online have gotten reviews saying they don't stick to glass jars which really isn't going to work, haha! Does anyone know of any site where I can design my own labels that will stick on glass, or else a good quality label I can order with a template so I can print my own? I want them to all look professional and well-done, not just me hand-writing on the dinky little ugly labels that came with the jars.

Thanks!
Mandy :)

I'm no help but another alternative might be to do a favor tag instead.

I would try looking at Michael's and Hobby Lobby. I know I have seen labels for doing your own water bottles there. They might have smaller ones for the jam jars or perhaps you could use those and set up the document with whatever you want it to say so that you can cut them in half. Essentially, one label would make 2 for your jam jars.

Or what about using just regular mailing labels and printing on those?

I make jams and pickles as a hobby in the summer, and I just use label paper from Staples to make my labels. They stick to glass really well, to the extent that I have to scrub them off when the jars are empty. :D

You could also look into etsy, I am having someone make me custom wine bottle labels.

I don't know how to make it clicky, but averylabels.com.  We buy the appropriate sized label at Staples or Office Depot and go into Avery label and design and print.  I am positive those labels will stick to glass.  They have a lot of cute ideas, also.
