kosch catering -- indian springs

Hey ladies

I had kindof a bad expierence with my original venue and have decided to explore my opitions more before putting down the deposit. Im kindof freaking out!!
So I found Indian Spring Metropark which makes you use Kosch catering. Has anyone ever used them? The reviews on YAHOO loca are not that good but theres only 2 and you never know if its just a angry employee.

Indian Springs has everything we want and is within our budget, im just worryed about the caterer.

opinions please!!!

    They were on our venues list of preferred caterers (there's only 3 on the list and we ended up choosing someone not on the list). The only reason we did not check them out/go with them was because they wanted 50% up front.

    They must have changed the deposit, it is only $1000 up front which is a lot more afordable!

    I'm kind of late to this post, but we booked the Indian Springs venue and Kosch for an upcoming October wedding... we loved the venue too much to let it go.  I really hope they come through with helping to make it a nice event.  They have a mass tasting in March, I could report back!

    RUN! as fast as you can. google kosch catering reviews and you'll see mine (Amanda Hoerauf) it explains my experience. Truly HORRIBLE!

    Does anyone have any updates on Kosch?  We met with Cass and he seemed fine.  Their prices are steep, but given that they are the ONLY option at Indian Springs, I just don't know what to do.  WE LOVE THE LOCATION!  Any updated reviews would be appreciated!  We have to give our $1,500 downpayment next week and complete 1/2 the estimated total by mid-January!  EEK!
