Newly engaged - venue help

Hi Everyone,
My FI and I got engaged in early April and trying to make venue selections.  Any comments would be helpful.  We have narrowed down to Kinney Bungalow (Narragansett),Crystal Lake (Mapleville) or Spring Valley Country CLub (Sharon, MA). We are going to get married sometime between June-August 2012 and we are seeing dates snap up quickly.  Has anyone been in Kinney Bungalow for a July/August wedding?  Is it too hot or do you really get a nice breeze from the windows in the evening?

Anyone have experience with Spring Valley Country Club - might be on the wrong board but its really not that far into MA.  Thanks!

There is a nice breeze with the windows, but on a humid hot day, it can be brutal.

We booked the Kinney Bungalow for our upcoming wedding (ack one more week!), but we toured it during the day in August last year.
I think it was definitely breezy enough then. Maybe if it's a big concern, have the wedding later in the evening so it will cool off before guests come inside. Brandi has been a huge help as the venue coordinator, and is pretty easy to get a hold of- time will tell, but I've been nothing but happy with the venue so far.
