I'm so excited we have a January knottie myfitnesspal group. It's like having my cake and eating it too ( not that I can have cake since I still need to drop a few pounds) but still i'm so excited.

Cause I was on the wrong site....lol

I remembered someone saying they created a group, so when I logged into MyFitnessPal yesterday, I went looking for it thinking that was the site everyone was on. Don't mind me....:)

We tried to recruit for sparkpeople but it just wasnt happeneing. I may check out my fittness pal.... I'm a creature of habit though and chanage is scary!

I used to use a site called Fridge Graph. I'm just going to enter my info on both. No reason you couldn't do the same.

I joined the group. Hoping it helps me get back on track. I was doing really well until about two months ago. I've really slacked off of watching what I eat and working out. So please help hold me accountable!
