Beverage caterers

Hi All,

I am familiar with caterers for reception in the Columbus area.  But how does the alcohol work?  do we need to find another caterer or would we work with the food caterer to add that in?  Suggestions for alcohol caterers welcome.

    Your food caterer might offer an alcohol package.  Or they might be able to just offer bartenders and you provide all of the drinks.  Or you might have to get the alcohol through your venue.

    Our venue is BYOB, so we're getting bartenders through our food caterer, and providing the drinks ourselves.  I'm not sure yet where we're getting all of the drinks, though :-/

    Of all the places I looked at, they either offerred a beverage package or they were BYOB.  We went with a BYOB venue.  The caterer supplies the bartender and we supply all the drinks.  We are just purchasing on our own.

    if your looking to buy bulk alcohol you might want to think about going to the party store down in cincinnati. Its technically in Newport, Kentucky, but it's definitely worth it!
