  Rolf's in Scottsdale is really popular for the brides on this board.  They do both hair and makeup, but you have to go to them.  Sorry I can't remember any of the free lancers offhand.

  I booked Stephanie Nault for my e-photos and now my wedding! She did amazing with my e-photo make-up and was really fun. She told me that she does a little hair, but I know that she does a lot of photoshoots and can probably even recommend someone fab who will travel and do hair while she does make-up.
