  it couldn't hurt to start now. I say, the sooner you can get stuff checked off your list, the better. Don't wait until a "timeline" thingie says so. If you can do it, get it done. HTH

  haha planner with post it factory!! vane, i would start now!!! i thought i had everything picked out and you eventually change your mind and FI butts in with his akward opinion and you feel bad and change.. again. i did it a bunch of times LOL
