Who designed this dress?

This dress was featured in the "princess" style wedding on the Next Great Baker for their Brides Magazine challenge-- but after going thru zillions of dresses, I can't find the designer... please help!

I don't know the name/style number but it's from Ines Di Santo's spring collection... I found the name of the designer on a site about the show and went from there
