I remember how frustrating it was when I was shopping for chair cover rentals. I just thought I'd let everyone know that I just looked at the Ele3 events web page and it says they're having a special for $2.50 for cover + sash right now.
I don't know if that's the cheapest I ever found b/c it's been awhile but I think it's a really good deal!
