Hey girls! How was everyone's day yesterday? Eat well? Workout?

I cheated a little yesterday, I know that's not something you see me writing on here often! Lol

I had a girls night out with 2 of my bridesmaids yesterday, we were on a mission to discover a pair of baby blue boy short panties. I purchased rhinestone lettering that says Mrs HisLastName and that's what I want to put them on to wear on my wedding day... lol! Anyway, I ended up eating KFC for dinner hahaha!

Mmmm KFC.... sounds good lol

I did well (for the most part yesterday). The fiance made dinner that for my portion had a slice of bacon (it was bacon with broccoli, so the broccoli cancels it out, right?

He also made pork tenderloin and apples).

I worked out today...did 2 1/2 miles on the treadmill.

Does anybody know in general how healthy/unhealthy indian food is? I might get Indian tonight so I was just wondering what people knew about it

I cheated as well yesterday but made sure it fit in my calories for the day. I made:
"spinach thing."
10oz spinach chopped and boiled
1c Whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1c milk
1c cheese
1tsp baking powder
1 clove of garlic
some onion
some red pepper flakes
1/8tsp salt
and a dash of black pepper.
bake 30-35min at 375. Perfect.

With this we had a little gnocchi and baked chicken parm made with panko instead of bread crumbs.

we didn't work out on friday because of the snow, but i ate alright and we spent time shoveling so that was sort of a workout.
