Last song of the night?

So I am trying to complete our worksheet of music for the band (FI has no interest in picking songs, so I am on my own). They asked what we want as our last song of the night. Did any of you pick a last song? What did u go with? Thanks for the help!

    We'll probably let our DJ decide, but I know "New York, New York" by Frank Sinatra is popular, as is "Save the Last Dance for Me" by The Drifters or Michael Buble.

    ETA: Oh, and in the backwoods of Pennsylvania where I have some family, they often play Garth Brook's "I've Got Friends in Low Places" as the last song at wedding receptions.  :-)

    We played Time of My Life by David Cook

    I have also heard Don't Stop Believing by Journey and New York, New York at the last two weddings we were at.

    we are going with the Michael Buble Save the Last Dance PP mentioned. The David Cook is a cute one! I hadn't thought of that one.

    We did New York New York, we got engaged at Yankee Stadium and that is the song they close all the home games with. :)

    "Save the Last Dance for Me" by Michael Buble is wht our band went with. It was on our list as a must play so thats where they used it.

    i guess we went a little untraditional and had "you shook me all night long" by ac/dc. everyone was dancing and singing, it was a lot of fun

    Last Dance by Donna Summer was the last dance song, but we played Bye Bye Bye for when people were walking out after the last dance song (except that a lot of people really liked it and went right back to the dance floor).  My husband is very tolerant.
