Caterers in Pensacola/Destin? Any experience with these???

Hey all,

We're planning a destination wedding for ourselves. We live on the west coast but our families are spread out on the east coast. We're looking at Pensacola/Destin area for our wedding...

I've been looking at a few caterers and I would love to hear some recommendations...but has anyone had experience with these and could tell me if they're easy to work with, good/bad food, etc??

    I've worked with Mike D's for numurous corporate functions and it's always been great. I even referred a girlfriend of mine to him for her brunch wedding last year and it was still awesome.
