  I thought the price was reasonable $3500 and the contact person Haruko was very nice.  Unfortunately our wedding got too big to use the space.

  my wedding is at Studio 450 which is my favorite loft in the city. It has two floors and a huge terrace. The photos on their website are lousy, but you can check out the photos I took when I checked out the space.

  Yes! The one we're getting married at in June! Ramscale Studios in the West Village.  It's a gorgeous penthouse loft with magnif. views and very large outdoor terrace overlooking Lady Liberty and Hudson River.  Google it. Not cheap, I'm afraid.  Ate up a big chunk of budget.

  We're having our wedding at Midtown Loft and Terrce on 5th Ave and 29th Street.  We liked that it had an outdoor space and a centralized location.  It also seemed like it had a few little extras, like a built in sound system, etc.
