Our music director's fee is included in our Church fee. Should I give him extra?

    I didn't but that was the only fee the church had.  We paid for the flutist & trumpet ourselves.  He music director was the organist and soloist.  She did a good job and her fee was $250 or $275, can't remember but we didn't tip her after  Maybe we shoud have but the priest said not.

    Our music director's fee went up to match any additional musicians.  Since we had a harp for $350, that's what we paid the organist (instead of $300).
