Anyone having this at their ceremony? Why or why not? and if you are where did you buy it. TIA!!

*I thought about purchasing one from the Knot but there aren't a ton of reviews to go from. Etsy has several that I adore as well.

My venue coordinator advised against it because she's seen too many brides trip. Easy way to save $50+!

We aren't...mainly because it's not allowed. My friend had one at her wedding and it was beautiful.

I thought about it, then decided not to. Our wedding colors include shades of blue, and the chapel already has blue carpet

I have a non-personalized one and I love it. It's a floral lace one and it doesn't match ANYTHING, but I am okay with that. lol

I am having an Aisle runner however, it wont be personalize. The resort is going to provide one.

I am having an aisle runner. My mom found it discounted at some store, about $15 and bought it for me. My friend and I are going to paint it to personalize it. I am having the venue put it down because of the set up. I'm having our intials painted on it along with a quote that we always use. Now I'm not crafty at all but my friend is an artist so I know that it will turn out beautifully!

I'm Not having one either because my wedding is outside and I find an unnecessary addition. I have seem some for a good price though on orientaltradingcompany.com, they have lots of cute little items.

I am making mine out of plain muslin and then painting our monagram on it. I am going to use parts of the runner to make quilts for me, my mom and his mom after the ceremony. I still haven't decided how/when it will be rolled out

I thought about getting one from the original runner company, but I didn't think it was necessary and it could possibly be seen as tacky 10 years from now. At first, I had to have one, but now I think it's just a waste of money.
